Two-time Bay League Libero of the Year while playing for Palos Verdes High School (Calif.) graduating in 2010. Grant was listed on Volleyball Magazine’s Fab 50 as one of the top seniors in the class of 2010. He was champion and MVP of the Bay League two-man beach volleyball tournament and played for the Southern California Volleyball Club in 2008 and 2010. Delgado won a Junior Olympic 17’s Open Division bronze medal while playing for the Riptides Volleyball Club in 2009. Grant listed his most memorable high school moment as taking Mira Costa (and Eric Mochalski) to five sets before losing 15-13 in the fifth.

He had big performances against UC Irvine and Pepperdine.
USC’s Andy Benesh was named Off The Block Co-National Freshman of the Week for his performances versus UC Irvine and Pepperdine last week.
The 6-7 freshman middle blocker had a career-high 15 kills with no attack errors while hitting .789 in the Trojans’ 5-set victory over 2-time defending NCAA champion and No. 7 ranked UC Irvine on Jan. 14. He then added 9 kills while hitting .444 and had 4 blocks in a 4-set loss to No. 3 Pepperdine on Jan. 16.
Benesh shared the honor with UC Irvine’s Tamir Hershko.
It is the second time a Trojan has been named Off The Block National Freshman of the Week in 2014, following outside hitter Lucas Yoder’s honor the first week of the season.

Kyle was a four-year letterwinner and starter in volleyball at Palos Verdes High School and captained the team in 2009 and 2010. He was a member of the first-team All-Bay League squad 2009-10 and All-Bay League Most Outstanding Player in 2010, Second-team All-Bay League in 2008, and named one of the 2010 Sports Imports Fab 50 volleyball players. Also named one of the 2009 Sports Imports Top 34 underclassmen.

Kyle competed in volleyball at Palos Verdes High School and was a 2010 Daily Breeze All-Area selection and was a Volleyball Magazine Boys Fab-50 pick, as well as an All-Bay League selection for the Sea Kings. He graduated in 2010 with a 3.6 grade point average.

Clay Paullin played volleyball for four years for Coach Patrick Lynch at Palos Verdes High School, played for SVSC, and was part of the USA Beach Volleyball program. Clay transferred from BYU to UCLA in the winter of 2011.
